Vertical-transfer heat treatment furnaces for
light alloys, solution treatment and quenching
This multi-purpose furnace enables you to carry out not only solution treatment and quenching but also tempering and annealing of your parts.
Why a vertical-transfer FURNACE?
The Alu-SAT 2000 industrial furnace is the range of vertical-transfer furnaces for solution treatment and quenching which are adapted to medium-sized and large loads and to the shortest transfer times (down to 5 seconds).
Architectures adapted to your productivity requirements and to the configuration of your workshop:
Equipment WITH civil engineering:
- Several solutions exist:
- Fixed furnace over pit: (diagram)
- Mobile furnace over pit with one or more stations (diagram)
Equipment WITHOUT civil engineering (also several solutions available):
- Fixed furnace with mobile tank: (diagram)
- Mobile furnace with one or more fixed tanks (diagram)
This industrial furnace range is fully automated and meets the most demanding standards: NADCAP, AMS, BAC, GHOST, RPS and CQi9
A unique mechanical door control system ensuring limited travel, optimum, wear-free coating of the door seals also enabling the doors to be closed after the quenching to prevent rising damp in the laboratory.
Thermal equipment for heat treatment appropriate for the various metallurgical states of aluminium alloys: T4, T5, T6, T7 and T8.
