SAT Thermique has produced for one of its loyal customers, a large French #aeronautical equipment manufacturer specializing in aircraft seats, an #oven for the #polymerization of honeycomb parts for its site in Tunisia.
With large dimensions (80 m3), this oven is capable of mounting a load of 1.5 tonnes with a ramp of 5°C/min!
The #uniformity of temperature is +/-3°C at 250°C in stabilized mode, in order to meet the #AMS2750D standard, essential for the qualification of the means.
To allow cooling of the load at the same speed, a powerful exhaust fan (15,000 m3/h) is installed, coupled to another fan which introduces fresh air, all this regulated with precision.
The oven, which has 2 regulation zones, is modular and can be used in its entire volume or on half of it, thanks to a removable, light and ergonomic partition.
A complete range of vacuums has been studied so as to be able to manage 30 separate bags: pump, manifold, solenoid valves, vacuum transmitters, resin filters, everything is provided for precise and safe vacuum extraction.
All of its functions are controlled by a man-machine interface, combining ergonomics and user-friendliness and allowing total control of the process parameters.
