This month, SAT Thermique takes you to Hungary!
We are proud to have responded to this leading car manufacturer, by building a tunnel oven for bonding body parts, for their site in Hungary.
45 m3, 360 kW, 3 tons of payload, this oven heats the bodywork parts to 210°C in 30 min, in order to polymerize the glue allowing their assembly.
The trolleys are loaded automatically by a chain conveyor, the oven is through and equipped with 2 electric vertical doors.
The parts are cooled to ambient before they are released.
A fully automated machine, integrated into the production lines of this car manufacturer and equipped with a man-machine interface allowing maintenance and performance monitoring of the installation.
